Email Cleaner ML accesses Gmail data only after explicit user authorization through Google OAuth.

The application may access:

• Email snippets and message content required for classification
• Email labels and mailbox status
• Attachment presence information

3. How Gmail Data Is Used

Gmail data is used exclusively to provide the functionality requested by the user.

• Classify emails as important or non-essential
• Organize and clean Gmail inboxes
• Move emails to Gmail Trash when requested by the user
• Maintain processing history and recovery capabilities
• Improve email classification accuracy through machine learning

No Gmail data is used for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics resale, or commercial targeting.

4. Machine Learning and Data Storage

Email Cleaner ML uses a machine learning model based on TF-IDF vectorization and Logistic Regression to classify emails.

To improve classification quality and maintain service functionality, limited training examples generated during user-initiated processing sessions may be stored securely in Google Firestore.

Stored information may include:

• Email sender information
• Email subject information
• Email snippets used for classification
• Classification labels and training examples
• Processing history required for recovery and continuity features

Email attachments are not stored for machine learning purposes.

Stored data is used exclusively to improve classification performance and provide the requested service.

5. Data Sharing

Email Cleaner ML does not sell, rent, transfer, trade, or disclose Gmail data to third parties.

User data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or commercial resale.

Data is used solely to provide and improve the core functionality of Email Cleaner ML.
